We are happy to prepare your prescription refills for you to pick up at your email or phone-in request. Please allow two business days for a response to your email request. If you need faster service, please call us at (304) 292-0126.

A valid prescription must be on file for a refill prescription to be issued. A receptionist will review your pet's medical record to ensure that a refill is available and will call you to schedule an appointment if your pet needs an exam or other medical care before a refill can be prescribed.
