Our most important hospital policy is to treat every patient and every client with respect and compassion while we are fulfilling our mission to prevent and treat illness, injury and pain. Our Mission Statement sums up our vision for practicing excellent medicine in an ethical and compassionate manner.
For your safety and comfort, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the building or on the grounds.
All cats should be transported in an appropriate carrier or on a leash, as appropriate.
If your pet is particularly nervous or aggressive away from home, please discuss the situation with a receptionist so she can help you plan for a safe and lower-stress visit. Alternatives that can help include scheduling your appointment for the first slot of the appointment block to ensure a rapid check-in, muzzling your dog before bringing him in or having a nurse help you and your pet in from your car. Some pets may also benefit from mild sedatives prior to admission; if this is the case for your pet, call to discuss dosing with one of our veterinarians.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered and pre-paid deposits for hospitalized services. Please review our Financial Policy for details.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit, debit cards, cash and personal checks. Care Credit offers 6 month interest-free payment plans and can be applied for at any time by phone, fax or on-line.
The Golden Rule
We know your pet is a member of your family. We will treat you and your pet as we would wish to be treated. We will provide you with kind, courteous, informative care for your pet. All members of our hospital staff will treat you and your pet with respect and kindness at all times.
Excellent Medical Care
Our mission is to provide the very best medical care for your pet, using modern equipment and advanced techniques with a personal, caring touch. While we are committed to providing the very best primary veterinary care possible, we are glad to refer to specialists when needed.
Modern veterinary medicine offers many choices. We pledge to spend sufficient time to educate you so you can understand your pet's medical condition and make informed decisions about your pet's medical care. Each family is different and each pet is unique; we will get to know you and your pet so we can provide the best care for your family. Our hospital staff will completely explain all recommended treatment and/or surgery and we will provide you with an estimate of fees before any treatment or surgery is performed.
