Patient Arrivals

For your safety and comfort, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the building or on the grounds. All cats should be transported in an appropriate carrier or on a leash, as appropriate. If your pet is particularly nervous or aggressive away from home, please discuss the situation with a receptionist so she can help you plan for a safe and lower-stress visit. Alternatives that can help include scheduling your appointment for the first slot of the appointment block to ensure a rapid check-in, muzzling your dog before bringing him in or having a nurse help you and your pet in from your car. Some pets may also benefit from mild sedatives prior to admission; if this is the case for your pet, call to discuss dosing with one of our veterinarians.
