Complete in house laboratory, brand new Sound DR digital radiology including dental, full anesthesia monitoring, ultrasound, warm air patient warming, comprehensive pharmacy, paperless medical records, etc. If it's important to you, and it's good medicine, we'll do what we can to get it.

Associate Veterinarian (PT or FT)

Excellent long-term staff handle all the non-DVM tasks. If a DVM isn't needed to do it, you won't routinely be asked to do it. Expect at least a 3:1 nurse:DVM ratio plus dedicated client services, management and kennel staff.

Your veterinary colleagues are eager to mentor as needed, collaborate any time, and respect your medical judgment. Dr. Zucker has owned the practice since 2004 and Dr. Patterson has been our (part time) associate almost as long. Both are highly skilled and very nice to work with.

COVID19 protocols keep you safe -- masks required, clients loaded directly to their exam room, still offering curbside service, masked teammates, fully vaccinated team, etc. (Protocols are evolving as the health situation evolves.)

No on call or after hours duties. Excellent specialty and ER practices available for referral.

Full time salary negotiations beginning at 90k to 110k. We prefer paying a straight salary, but are open to production pay if desired.

Paid parental leave. Extended time off readily available. Need a few months off? No problem. Need to work PT for a while? No problem. Want to ramp back to full time over a few months? No problem. Family comes first. Your wellness comes first. Period.

Minimum of 3 weeks paid time off during your first year. (Additional time off readily negotiable.)
